Refund Policy

The following terms apply to all orders placed on our website. We reserve the right to amend these terms at any time when necessary.

1. Order Adjustment / Cancellation

  • Orders begin processing immediately after placement.
  • Changes (product variant or shipping address) must be requested within 6 hours of placing the order.
  • If the updated order increases the order value, additional payment is required.
  • Price differences for downgraded changes are non-refundable.
  • Cancellations are only accepted within 6 hours, and payment processing fees (if any) are non-refundable.
  • Cancellation is not allowed after 6 hours once production has started.

2. Replacement & Refund

Refunds or replacements are only eligible if:

  • The order is not delivered after 45–60 business days, or
  • The product has verified quality issues.

All quality claims must be submitted within 7 business days from the delivery date and must include:

  • An unboxing video
  • Photos of the issue
  • A photo of the size label (if size-related)
  • A photo of the shipping label

After we confirm your eligibility via email, refunds or replacements will be processed within 7 business days.

Replacement tracking numbers will be provided within 1–7 business days. Refunds typically appear within 3–5 business days, depending on your payment provider.

3. Disclaimer

We are not responsible for:

  • Incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses
  • Package refusal or absence at delivery
  • Theft after successful delivery
  • Incorrect size, color, or design selection by the customer
  • Products folded to meet carrier packaging standards, which may cause temporary creases. This is not a defect. Simply lay the item flat for 3–5 days to remove wrinkles.

Return Policy

If you experience any issues with your order, please contact us via our Contact Form within 7 business days of delivery to explain your concern. Our customer service team will review your case and provide a replacement or refund if deemed appropriate.

There is no need to return your item unless specifically requested by us. Please note that if you return your item without prior authorization, we will not be responsible for any loss or additional costs resulting from the unauthorized return.
